Welcome to my website. Its main purpose is to document the rebuilding of my Lotus Elan +2. In fact the story got a bit more complex than that which is typical of anything Lotus related.

The Yellow car that you can see at the top of the page (left pictures) is very much a "before" shot because I crashed it in 2003 and it was written off.

If you click on many of the images on this site a larger 800*600 image will appear in a popup. You do not need to close them because they will close when you open another, or when you leave the site. The average large image size is 110k.

The steering wheel on this page is a period Momo item that I found hanging up in the local spares shop and bought for £10. It is the same size, but less dished than the standard item, so lets me sit with my arms straighter (short legs). I really like it and that is why it gets a special mention.

One last thing for the moment. This site is heavily under construction, (but not as heavily as the cars) so not everything works yet! Mind you, that is a lot more than can be said of the car.

Well that was true about the car, but there have been lots of changes in my Lotus related fortunes since then!
